The Santa Apolonia Metro and Train Station is just 3 minutes away by foot. The Subway with it's network of 4 lines allows you to get to any part of the city, including the airport. The train will take you anywhere in Portugal.

Taxis are also readily available just in front of the station.

Local transports

​The route of Tram No. 28 also passes nearby, the nearest stop being in Rua Escolas Gerais.

It will take you downtown to Baixa and Chiado where you can find all kinds of shops and Trades.

During​ Summer, Fado can be listen live in this tram.  Fado singers and their guitar players will travel with you in specific schedules
